It was the end of the summer in Ocean View and soon the tourist trade would start to slow down as students went back to school and parents used up their vacation time. As was the tradition every summer, a carnival came to Ocean View and set up at the edge of town for two weeks. There was the traditional Ferris Wheel, Merry-go-Round, Tilt-a-Whirl, and a lot of other rides for adults and kids.
